August 31, 2009
Dear Student,
The Wilton-Westport Evening
School (WES) Webpage provides valuable information about our
school’s unique and excellent academic program. Our philosophy is
closely aligned with Wilton High School, and has been
specifically adapted to meet the needs of our students.
If you are unclear about any
topic covered within the website you are strongly encouraged to
speak with your counselors, teachers, or myself. As a reminder, we
require all students to attend school, to work 30 hours per week,
and to have safe and reliable transportation to and from school.
All students are to be present five minutes before the start of
school and be off school grounds by 8: 45PM. By understanding and
complying with our school’s expectations you will benefit from a
safe, effective, and caring learning environment.
Welcome to our school and have a
great academic year!
Sincerely,
James P. Coleman
Director, Wilton/Westport
Evening School
